Community Housing Partners Corporation (CHP) is looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team!

As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will enjoy:

• Competitive pay: Starting at $18 per hour, based on experienceplus OT and the potential to earn a 2.5% incentive bonus.

• Day Schedule with some nights or weekends: Monday through Friday - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with an on-call schedule
